Return/Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us at Cronch Co. However, please chose carefully when selecting your products as we will not refund for a change of mind. We may choose to exchange or offer store credit at our discretion. You have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return/refund.

Any refund or returns need to be as followed.

  • In new and sealed packaging (unopened)
  • Same condition as received
  • Returned via tracked postage

Orders outside of this time and that do not meet the above will not be eligible for a return or refund. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for delivery address errors that cause delayed arrival/spoilage or incorrect handling/storage of the product after delivery. Items which fall under this category will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. Please ensure the correct address is entered at the checkout.

 

Returns/ refunds process

Each refund/return will be access on  a case by cased base.

If your return is accepted by us, we will advise you of this and obtain the necessary details to proceed further. the customer is required to pay the return shipping fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Automatic refunds

If an item(s) is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled, you will recieve an automatic refund for that item(s). 

If you have arranged to collect your pruchase from us but make no contact or collect your order within one calendar month, your order will automatically be cancelled and refunded. 

All automatic refunds will be notified by e-mail. 

 

Goods excluded from return/refund

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on seconds, sale items or gift cards.
