Shipping policy

Dispatch - Our orders are dispatched within 1-4 working days, however we'll do our best to dispatch as quickly as possible. 

Please allow a little more time during sales, offer periods and from the beginning of November onwards, due to the influx of Christmas orders.

Should you need your order before a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery - All of our deliveries are sent from Auckland. 

Auckland orders are usually delivered between 1-5 working days depending on your location (allow up to an additional 3 days for rural delivery)

Even though delivery times are normally much quicker than this, please allow 5-12 business days for delivery outside of Auckland. 

Please note: Cronch Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.
